1. Find a picture to use.


2. Next on your upper bar go to LAYERS > DUPLICATE

3. Now go to Adjust > Brightness and Contrast > Highlights/Midtone/Shadow or press SHRIFT+M on your keyboard as a shortvut. Then match your settings to mine below and hit ok. (feel free to adjust them to your liking)

4.Then press F8 on your keyboard (layer palette) and adjust the settings of the top layer to anything you like. I'm put mine to 100% soft light.

5. Your done, here is the final result!
